From May to October the house is rented in its entirety for a minimum one week period from Saturday to Saturday.
From November to April the property is available for short stays (week-end, mid-week, festivity), and ideally suited to: courses, seminars and workshops supported by our experienced events management service.

Rates and services
The price includes bed linen and hand towels, electricity, water and final cleaning. The rent does not include heating costs and air conditioning, which are calculated directly by the owner. Deposit: 30% on confirmation of booking. Balance on arrival.

Conditions
Pool. The swimming-pool is open from the 15th of May until the 1st of October.
Bond. The property owner requires a bond of € 200,00 on arrival as security against possible damage or breakage. This sum will be returned at the end of the rental period.
Arrival, departure, duration of rental. For the weekly rental period the arrival times are from 4pm to 8pm and departures are expected by 10am. For the short rental period the arrival and departures times will be agreed at the time of booking.
